The body sculpting treatments use 3-4 applicators depending on the areas being treated. For example, in a one hour treatment we could have 1 applicator on the upper abdominals with 2 applicators on the obliques for the first 30 minutes, and then one applicator on the lower abs with 2 applicators on the love handles for the second 30 minute segment.  In one hour you can tone up to 4 areas for 30 minutes each.  (The upper and lower abs are separate zones.)
